We have all kinds of baby corns hatching! We are so thrilled about all the hets proving out, and being discovered. We have Amel, Anery, Butter, Caramel, Ghost, Hypo, Motley, Snow (lots of these) and some combos. Once they have eaten for 3 weeks and have had good sheds they will be for sale. So keep checking back on the 2014 plans/hatchlings page for updated pictures and pricing. We will also be bringing them to our reptile expos very soon to sell!! Deciding on hold backs this year is proving to be difficult with so many beautiful ones to choose from! So far definite keepers are KU14-01 and LT14-11. We are waiting on some to have their first and second sheds to decide. And we still have several left to hatch. All in all we should have over 115 babies this year! We have had one somehow escape the incubator and one get away during feeding. They are quick little boogers. Hopefully they will turn up. Unfortunately we've lost a couple along the way. One egg got turned over by another hatchling and drowned in its egg. Another died in the egg very close to hatching and some eggs slugged out along the way. But all in all we've been very fortunate so far. Now just hoping they all eat. We had several last year that just wouldn't eat and ultimately died. One we force fed for almost 9 months and she is starting to grow like a weed now. One we force fed for over 6 months and she ultimately died recently. She would never take the food down into her stomach on her own. We think she had some kind of internal deformity causing that to occur.
